What is the processing time for my order?
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to follow your package's journey.
Are Sunset Makeup products cruelty-free?
Yes, we are committed to ethical beauty. All of our products are 100% cruelty-free and we never test on animals at any stage of production.
Do you offer international shipping?
We currently ship to select countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.
What is your return policy?
Due to the hygienic nature of cosmetics, we only accept returns on unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery. Please contact our support team to initiate a return.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order has not yet been processed, we can update your address. Please email our support team immediately with your order number and the correct address.
